Radee Labeeb Prince, a 37-year-old male, has been identified as the suspect responsible for the shooting today at the Emmorton Business Park in Edgewater, Maryland that left five people injured and three dead.
Update (10/18/17; around 7 PM): The suspect has been arrested.
The shooting occurred around 8:58 a.m. at Advanced Granite Solutions. Police and SWAT responded to reports of shots fired at the Emmorton Business Park in Harford County, Maryland around 9:30 AM EST.
Authorities asked the public to avoid Emmorton Business Park in Edgewood after shooting. The Emmorton Business Park houses many hotels and automobile shops, such as the Comfort Inn, Hampton Inn, Holiday Inn, Motel 6, and more. A business owner told a Fox affiliate at the time that there was an active shooter.
Prince’s motive is unclear at this time. Police say the ‘armed and dangerous’ killer is on the run, traveling in 2008 black GMC Acadia with plates DE PC064273.
Nearby schools such as Edgewood High School, Edgewood Middle School, Deerfield Elementary School, Edgewood Elementary School and William Paca/Old Post Road elementary schools were placed on modified lockdown as a precaution.

Prince was later involved in a second shooting in Wilmington, Delaware, where he shot his sixth victim. He was later arrested, while on foot along Four Seasons Parkway near Clover Mill Drive in Newark, Delaware, at around 7 p.m. Wednesday.

According to public record, Prince has had multiple run-ins with law enforcement over the past couple of years.
In March 2015, Prince was arrested and charged with driving with a suspended out-of-state license, driving without a license, failure to display license to police on demand, driving an uninsured vehicle, and turning without giving the appropriate signal. This case was not pursued by state prosecutors.
Also in March 2015, Prince was he was arrested and charged with multiple weapons-related charges. Prince was officially charged with having a handgun in a vehicle, illegal possession of a firearm, illegal possession of ammo, all misdemeanors, and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.
Prince was arrested by the Maryland State Police on August 13, 2016, on charges of failure to obey properly placed traffic control device instructions, changing lanes when unsafe, driving without a required license, negligent driving, failure to stop for police and attempt to elude police. Prosecutors also declined to pursue this case against Price.
