Labor Day is a holiday spent celebrating the accomplishments of the American workforce as a tribute to their hard sacrifices. While most spend the day celebrating with family and friends, but while you’re out there celebrating a trip to the bank may be necessary.
This year, Labor Day will take place on September 3rd, the first Monday of September. Most of America has off from work as a way of honoring all your hard work over the course of the year but that is not necessarily the case for everyone. Some retail stores remain open so that you can pick up supplies for your BBQ or party, but how about the banks?

Sadly no, most major banks are closed on the Labor Day holiday. Since the holiday is considered a federal holiday, Labor Day closes down everything from banks to post offices. Luckily, banks will keep ATMs and Online Banking services open during the Holiday!
