One person has died after several other people were injured in a stabbing incident at the University of Texas at Austin on Monday, according to multiple reports. The university’s police department said it took a suspect into custody after two people were stabbed and another was assaulted.

Police said “there is no ongoing threat to the campus.”
Austin-Travis County EMS told ABC News that three people were taken to a hospital after the incident. The three survivors are said to be in serious condition.
