Game three has a change of scenery for NHL fans and players. The Capitals and the Penguins are moving to Pittsburgh. This change may or may not do the Capitals any good as they have fallen 2-0 in the series to the Penguins. The Penguins are looking to make it back to the Eastern Conference finals for the second time in two years. A win tonight will put them literally a step closer to punching their ticket to the third round. It seems this team is the only consistent team in the east, as the Rangers are struggling against Ottawa and the Capitals just can’t seem to play at the same capacity as Pittsburgh. Sweeping the Capitals will give the Penguins a lot of time to prepare for the winner of the Rangers/Senators series and give the reigning champs a nice rest before the start of the next round. However, this team cannot slack off now, as they must keep hounding on the Capitals if they want to win out this series. The Capitals will look for any and all ways to get back into it and tie it back up, so if the Penguins let their lead get to their heads, then it could cause a comeback for Washington. The finish line is dead ahead, so Pittsburgh needs to keep sprinting if they want to win this race and keep their postseason alive.
