 Game four will have the Duck and Flames battle it out in Calgary. The Ducks have a chance to close out the series with a win tonight, which is what the Flames will try to prevent. Not wanting to lose and end their series at home, the Flames will push for a win and send this series back to Anaheim.
The Duck have been playing great hockey against the flames, and are on the verge to be one of the first teams to punch their ticket to the second round, the other being the Blues. The Ducks are hoping to sweep the flames so that they can get a good rest and practice before they face the winner of the Sharks and Oilers Series. However, the Ducks have to be careful to not let the Flames get back in this series, for series lead upsets have happened in the past.
The Flames were hoping to extend their postseason past the first round, but those hopes may end tonight. While the games have been close against the Ducks, it would seem that Anaheim had the slight edge over the Flames. A win tonight by the Ducks will eliminate the Flames post-season chance, but fans should not worry too much. This is a great young team that just needs another year and a little bit of time in order to be a Stanley cup, calibeir team. While it is disappointing to be eliminated in the first round, I still think this team has the potential and roster to go far in the coming years. However, there still is a chance, though small, that this team can make a comeback and win this series. Though don’t hold your breath that they can pull off what the Flyers did to the Bruins back in 2010.
This should be an interesting game for both teams, and seeing how the Blue Jackets will able to save off elimination last night against the Penguins,  the Flames could also keep their postseason dreams alive tonight.
