Gonna set myself up for a little criticism here, but I actually never watched The Office until last year.
And the only reason I did watch was because I drunkenly told this girl I was hooking up with that I had seen the show. After that night, she would make inside jokes from the show and I’d have to sit there and pretend to laugh like a complete idiot. That went on for a couple of weeks until I realized I should just avoid getting caught in this stupid lie altogether and just watch the show. So I did — binge-watched the entire thing on Netflix in about two months.
So when I heard rumors that The Office may be leaving Netflix, naturally, I had to do some research. NO show is better suited for the Netflix model than The Office, so I could never imagine a world where they would take it down. Needless to say, fans weren’t happy:
