Alexia Echevarria Photos: Must-See Pictures Of 'RHOM' Star

Real Housewives of Miami star Alexia Echevarria is accusing her stepsons of attempting to seize her Miami Beach mansion and luxury Maserati car following her husband’s unexpected death a few months ago, the Daily Mail reports.
Herman Echevarria, 61, was found dead in a Miami hotel last September. Detectives said he passed away of natural causes. Alexia soon released a statement, saying: “The Echevarria family is heartbroken over the sudden passing of our patriarch Herman Echevarria this morning.
“He was a family man, a hardworking businessman, dedicated to helping others and a pillar of his community that was loved by everyone whose lives he touched.”
Following Herman’s death, Alexia’s relationship with her two stepsons has deteriorated.
The reality star claims she has always loved the two boys as if they were her own children, but now they are trying to take possession of her $3 million Miami home and threatening to sue if she doesn’t turn over her Maserati.
The boys – Nelson and Herman – are both heirs to the late Herman’s estate and co-personal representatives of his probate estate, but court documents state they are “ignoring their father’s clearly expressed wishes and contractual obligations to his own wife.”
Alexia and Herman began dating in 2001 and were married in 2004. The pair signed a prenup that gave the Miami Beach home to Alexia.
