Man Wielding Baseball Bat Outside Of Police Station Gets Lit Up By Perfect Form Tackle

Spring is right around the corner, and I’m guessing that Christopher Rivas wanted to get some cuts in to prepare for his upcoming softball season. The batting cages must have been closed, so he instead opted to take his bat to the West Covina, California police station this past Monday. Watch the 28-year-old’s BP session get rudely interrupted by a picture perfect form tackle from a police officer.

YOU GOT JACKED UP!!! What a beautiful hit. Rivas deserved to get lit up for those pansy ass swings too. Was he swinging an aluminum bat or a wet newspaper? I’ve seen Little Leaguers generate more bat speed than that slapdick.
According to the Associated Press, Rivas was arrested for assault with a deadly weapon and resisting arrest. I’m not sure if that baseball bat was a deadly weapon in Rivas’ hands, but I’m glad to see that justice was served.
