The LSU Tigers are a perennial college baseball powerhouse, as they’ve won the second most National Championships of any school. A big reason they’ve won six College World Series is that they get players like Greg Deichmann. The junior has already hit three home runs over LSU’s first five games this season, including a mammoth blast that left Alex Box Stadium. Such a mighty wallop. Deichmann’s moonshot traveled 486 feet and left his bat at 108 mph, which in layman’s terms means that he pulverized the f*ck out of that baseball. If I were Deichmann, I’d still be rounding the bases, taking my sweet ass time getting to home plate.
I’d put on a pimp job that even Jose Bautista would think is in bad taste. I’m talking about a bat flip into the crowd, cartwheels, robot dances, and Ric Flair struts. Sportsmanship is for nerds that can’t hit baseballs a country mile.
