Alabama football fans are the loudest college football fans on the planet, so it makes total sense that they’ve been making a ton of memes leading up to the 2017 National Championship Game against the Clemson Tigers. Over the past two weeks, there’ve been a lot for them to talk about. In fact, they’ve taken to making fun of their own (former) offensive coordinator Lane Kiffin after he was kinda-sorta fired by Nick Saban just a week before the National Championship Game.
Personally, I believe it’s because Alabama fans are nervous about their team’s ability to dominate as they did in years past. The Crimson Tide were exposed by the Washington Huskies early in the first quarter of the CFB Semi-Final game. (Of course, Alabama kept them quiet for the rest of the game while putting up 24 points of their own, but these are not the Crimson Tide that Alabama fans are used to seeing). Keep in mind that I personally believe the Crimson Tide will lose to Clemson, but I think even Bama fans are trying to distract themselves.
