According to The Independent, reports have suggested that the Mall in the city centre of Waterford, Ireland has been closed to traffic and buildings in the area have been evacuated. WLRFM is reporting that a person rang Gardai to inform them a bomb had been left on the premises of the Cafe Royal in the Theatre Royal. There may be explosives placed at the city council offices and in the Theatre Royal, right next door. Emergency teams are at the scene.
