With festivals all over the world, it’s actually quite amazing that the capital of planet Earth, New York City, doesn’t have it’s marquee festival. Well, that’s all about to change thanks to OZY fest. Unlike traditional festivals, OZY Fest will deliver more than just music: OZY Fest will be a gathering of musicians, chefs, leaders, comedians, politicians, and all different sorts of influential personalities.
From Malcolm Gladwell to will.i.am to Senator Corey Booker, OZY Fest is going to drastically shake up the festival game, and quickly claim the top spot. OZY Fest is going to be “a world where YOU intersect with the artistic, the intellectual, and “trend-makers” who love good conversations, a rich mix of food and great music.”

The OZY FUSION FEST is something you experience — not something you just attend. Rumsey Playfield in the heart of Central Park will be transformed. You will want to hang out all day. Experience live art, provocative speakers and live music. Meet new people, play interactive games & shop our Good Sh*t Bazaar. Or just hang out. Nothing wrong with just chillin.
The inaugural event theme is: where the world can and should be, heading in the next decade. From social scientists, to innovators, to actors, to political heavy weights, to producers turned hotel moguls, “agitators” who rock the boat – thought will be center stage. You also never know who might drop by to share their opinion or passion. We like surprises.
As for the food, be prepared to be in foodie heaven:
Perfect days and great food go hand in hand. Chef Alex will be “CFO”. Chief FOOD Officer. We are all invited to the Chef’s table. Get ready to eat your heart out (literally). There will be custom creations that everyone can buy & try … and a few “you better get in line” limited samples. Cooking demos and friends of Alex will make it feel like a family affair. Because we believe friends are family.
And of course, the main attraction of any festival, THE MUSIC:
