New Instagram trends, especially fitness ones, seem to come around every month or so. You might recognize words like #ThighGap and #Thighbrow. Well the newest one to go viral is #AbCrack, or the vertical line that some people have in their abs.
As with most of these trends, the #AbCrack was coined by Cosmopolitan magazine as a “new core look” and “irrigation ditch divide.” Similarly, a ton of body shaming experts are claiming that it gives women an unfair model on which they’re supposed to base their look. What do we think? We like it. Obviously not every girl is going to have have a six-pack, but when they’ve got a tight core we think it’s sexy. I mean, obviously it’s sexy when you have something in common with Emily Ratajkowski.
