Celina Cass, only 11 years old, went missing on July 26, 2011. She was found six days later in the nearby Connecticut River. Noyes is being accused of drowning her in the river, and is being charged with second-degree murder, New Hampshire Attorney General Joseph Foster said in a statement. Investigators say he killed his stepdaughter by submerging her body in the river.
