Game Of Thrones season 6 episode 7, “The Broken Man”, will be airing Sunday, June 5 2016, at 9 PM EST. We’re heading into the final month of this season of Game Of Thrones, which means chaos is around the corner. Episode 6, “Blood Of My Blood”, was a heavy plot-laying episode. However, that sets up this week’s episode, “The Broken Man”, to be a heavy hitter. Jaime Lannister, Jon Snow, Brienne of Tarth, Tormund Giantsbane, and Sansa Stark are all on their way to Riverrun, so this week has the potential to bring together characters that haven’t shared a scene together since season 1. Also, the episode title “The Broken Man” could possibly be a reference to a character that we haven’t seen since season 4.
First, the synopsis:
“The High Sparrow eyes another target. Jaime confronts a hero. Arya makes a plan. The North is reminded.”

My thoughts:
-We got screwed last week with the big face off between The High Sparrow and Jaime Lannister. We were all hoping The High Sparrow would meet his bloody end this week, however he ended up outsmarting the Lannister’s, AGAIN. He did so by forming a alliance with Tommen, the softest man this side of The Narrow Sea. As for who his new target is, I couldn’t imagine it being anyone other than Cersei, due to the fact that her trial by combat is approaching.
-Jaime confronting a hero is most likely means The Blackfish, Catelyn Stark’s uncle.
-Arya makes a plan could mean a couple things, but I’m hoping it involves her making her way back to King’s Landing and back into the main storyline.
-The North being reminded, whatever it is, will have to do with the impending Battle Of The Bastards. I’m willing to bet this is a reference so Sansa Stark traveling the North reminding them they have a loyalty to the Stark name.
-“The Broken Man” could potentially, probably, HOPEFULLY, be a reference to the return of Sandor Clegane, The Hound. Cersei has already stated her desire to have her trial be a trial be combat, given the fact that her champion would be The Mountain. There are literally only a couple of people in the realm who both would want to, and could, beat the Mountain: and that is his younger brother, The Hound.
-And most importantly … BRONN IS BACK!
