Cinco de Mayo 2018: Memes, Best Photos & Must-See Images

Cinco De Mayo is a Mexican holiday that Americans have somehow turned into yet another reason to heavily drink. Think of the summer version of St. Patrick’s Day.
Cinco De Mayo is a holiday held on May 5th of every year to remember Mexican Army’s unlikely victory over French forces at the Battle of Puebla on May 5, 1862.  In the United States (of course) Cinco de Mayo is sometimes mistaken to be Mexico’s Independence Day—the most important national holiday in Mexico—which is celebrated on September 16. Also in the United States, commercial interests have capitalized on the celebration, advertising Mexican products, and services, with an emphasis on alcoholic beverages, foods, and music.
So let’s celebrate a Mexican holiday by doing something Americans do best – turning it into a meme!
