Kevin Dorsey, a men’s basketball player at the University of Minnesota, accidentally leaked a video onto Twitter where he’s “sleeping” with another woman and a man. The term for what we’re talking about is an Eiffel Tower.
Moments after he uploaded the video, Kevin must have realized his mistake because he then deleted his entire Twitter account.
The huge gaff was caught by Minnesota Golden Gophers fans who then wrote a description of the clip on their message board.
Here’s the writeup from Twin Cities:
The Gophers announced that leading scorer Nate Mason, Dupree McBrayer and Kevin Dorsey will be suspended for Sunday night’s game at Illinois for violating team rules.
“With the privilege of being a member of the University of Minnesota basketball program there are expectations and standards to which we hold our student-athletes accountable, and they have failed to do so,” Gophers coach Richard Pitino said in a statement Sunday.
Mason, who averages 13.8 points and 4.5 assists per game, is the team’s sophomore starting point guard. McBrayer, a starting freshman guard, averages 5.8 points, 2.5 assists and 2.3 rebounds. Dorsey, a freshman point guard, was suspended for academic reasons for an exhibition game in November. He averages 6.8 points and 2.3 rebounds off the bench.
Pitino was left with only six scholarship players for the game, including no guards. His starting lineup consists of walk-on Stephon Sharp at point guard, Ahmad Gilbert, Charles Buggs, Jordan Murphy and Joey King. Gilbert, Buggs, Murphy and King are all forwards.
