TJ Miller and the animatronic Shock Top mascot spent last night watching Super Bowl 50 together. Ignoring the fact that one of them is a talking orange head and the other is a famous comedian on numerous hit shows and movies, these two are just like you in that they found the commercials more interesting than the game itself.

More and more brands are learning that there’s plenty of success to be had around the Super Bowl, not just in it. So while Shock Top did enter the scary world of Super Bowl commercials with an admittedly great ad, they also used TJ Miller in a role he’s very comfortable filling: making fun of things on the fly.
