Law student Saima Ahmad is taking a stand against Nestle and their waferless Kit Kats, and demanding a lifetime supply to make up for their negligence. Kind of a strange solution considering the brand already disappointed you once. Now you want to ensure they disappoint you for the rest of your life? Why don’t you just get married instead?
Anyway, Ahmad doesn’t seem to be backing down anytime soon.
The UK woman studies law at London’s King’s College and claims she suffered a “monetary and emotional” loss after buying an eight-pack of Kit Kats that were missing the best part: the wafers. Because of it, she insists that Nestle owes her a lifetime supply.
“I wouldn’t rule out taking this further if Nestle do not apologize or compensate me adequately… it appears you need me more than I need you.”Ahmad wrote, according to ITV.
While we’re not 100% sure if the the demand is supposed to be legitimate or just cheeky, Ahmad told the company she would act as “quality control” by eating the Kit Kats to check for defects, according to the Huffington Post.
Nestle has yet to respond to accusations for the simple reason of “that b*tch is cray.” We love Kit Kats just as much as the next person, but there’s a ton of glorious chocolate bars to choose from, so move onto the next!
