You’d think Lindsay Lohan would take any job that came her way considering her career is barely afloat, but we’re here to tell you that the debaucherous actress still has standards, and Burger King does not fall within them.
The 29-year-old New Yorker has had quite the troubled past, entering countless rehab facilities and having run-ins with the police for the past several years, and hasn’t been in a relatively decent movie since 2004. So when Burger King approached her to be in one of their commercials, you’d expect the starlet to be into it. But evidently, she doesn’t want attention that badly.
The popular fast food chain asked her to wear a Spicy Chicken Fries carton and smoke a chicken fry “as if it were a cigarette,” and Lohan went berserk. The actress allegedly rejected the deal, claiming that it poked fun at her past, but we’re guessing she just didn’t want the chicken stink embedded in her clothes for a year.
Another source claims that the BK Lounge actually rejected Lindsay because she wanted too much creative control. Feasible? When it comes to a company that sells chicken fingers as fries, we’d say no.
