For those who thought Fight Club was inappropriate for children, Chuck Palahniuk is here to prove you wrong in his new video, where he reads the children’s lit version of his famous novel.
Schizophrenic tendencies and insane violence are masked with terms like “horsing around” and horrifying illustrations, plus the writer looks more like the creepy uncle you don’t want your children around than a warm library reader. So maybe it’s not so PG after all… and let’s be serious – no amount of infantile jargon can tone down the mangling of someone’s face.
