You may not know Laure Boulleau by name, but you’ve definitely seen her out on the field during the Women’s World Cup.
The French soccer star started playing the game at age 10 in Moulins, France, a town about two-and-a-half hours northwest of Lyon. At 17, she had her first professional match for Clairefontaine FC and in 2005 at 19, signed with PSG.
In 2011, the brunette athlete made it to the FIFA World Cup semifinals, but her team was knocked out by the U.S. Because the U.S. is the bomb! However, Boulleau showed how badass France is when she represented the country in the Olympics the following year.
When she’s not kicking ass on the field, Boulleau can be found working with Dior and Nike’s Live for the Game campaign, both of which she scored sponsorship deals with in the past.
