We talk about removing Virginia Beach from our trashiest spring break list every year, and each year we realize just how trashy of a Spring Break destination VB is. Yes, Virginia Beach is a a bit too north in the season to be a primary spring break destination, but the cold weather just brings out the trashier people looking for a budget vacation (of which there are a lot).
If you didn’t get a fine just for walking on the sidewalk in a bikini, VB would probably be higher on this list.
