19-year-old Deisi Ocampo’s father gave her two Illinois Lottery tickets last week for her birthday, and one of the two scratch cards was found to be worth $4 million. According to our friends over at Newser, Ocampo said she plans to use the money to buy a new house for her family and persue her dream of completing her degree and becoming a nurse.
