Adrian Peterson Sent Motivational Text To Minnesota Vikings Teammates

Adrian Peterson Motivational Text

Minnesota Vikings running back Adrian Peterson has a lot of time on his hands right now–because, you know, he’s fighting child abuse charges in Texas. Peterson, however, have the time on Sunday to send a text message to coach Mike Zimmer with a message to his teammates. The Vikings responded with a 41-28 win over the Atlanta Falcons. It shows that Peterson would really like to get back to his team sooner than later and had noticed their recent struggles in the running game. It is unknown whether or not Peterson actually gets back on the field for the Vikings this season but if the text messages work and Minnesota comes away with more victories, it could continue.
The win moved the Vikings to 2-2 on the season and with a game just days away on the road against the Green Bay Packers; Minnesota won’t have much time to enjoy their win. Peterson will be watching for a distance on Thursday night, and could be cooking up another motivational speech via text. The Vikings sure seem to respond to those things.
