Unlike the number of investigations regarding domestic abuse in NFL players’ homes, the amount of fan brawls at NFL games has been significantly lower this season than we were expecting. Until now. Last Sunday, there were two bad fan brawls (one significantly worse than the other)–one at the Arizona Cardinals vs. 49ers and another at the Eagles vs. Redskins game.
Both are great views for different reasons. Let’s take a look:

Arizona Cardinals vs. San Francisco 49ers
Who: Cardinals fans vs. 49ers fans vs. security vs. good samaritans
Why its “must-watch”: Because this is one of the most brutal fan fights we’ve ever seen at an NFL game. Not only is there lots of blood on the ground after the moshpit clears, fans are giving the security guards chokeholds, some guy in a helmet is getting punched in the head (although I’m not sure it helped because I’m pretty sure his nose was what got busted on the stairs–sending blood everywhere), zero policemen stopping anything, the security guard who got chokeholded (sp?) absolutely covered in splattered of blood.
Highlight: The post-fight scene, where everything is covered in blood and the security guard is just standing around like “nothing to see here guys.”

Washington Redskins at Philadelphia Eagles
Who: Eagles fans vs Redskins fans Eagles fans
Why its “must-watch”: Because only the Eagles fans would beat the snot out of each other.
Highlight: Honestly, the whole thing. Old guys getting into it. Eagles bandannas. What’s not to love?
