Jason Segel Flees Twitter After Angering Burrito Lovers Everywhere

Funny person Jason Segel has been notably absent from Twitter for over two years, and at a New York screening of his new movie Sex Tape, he revealed why to Variety:
I realized that’s not a power I want to wield. At one point, at 3 a.m., I was deciding between eating a sandwich and a burrito, and I ate a sandwich. It was delicious, and I tweeted, ‘Sandwiches are better than burritos.’ And then there was a firestorm of debate. People hated me: ‘You don’t know about burritos,’ they’d say. I decided that was too much responsibility for me.
Looking at his Twitter feed, it appears Segel first tried to appease the pro-burrito backlash…

Apparently the backlash was just too overwhelming. And from the looks of the Sex Tape trailer, Jason has been laying off the burritos and the sandwiches along with the social media. And if you’re wondering, some gals prefer Jason’s Forgetting Sarah Marshall-era physique…
