There’s no better place to watch the United States play a World Cup match than at an official Budweiser Viewing Party, so we packed up our bags and headed up to Boston this Monday. Perfectly enough, we arrived right on time for kickoff and had just enough time to grab two Budweisers before Dempsey’s goal. The place went absolutely bananas–people hugging, high-fiving, jumping up and down.
Also in attendance that night were New England Revolution players Lee Nguyen and Kelyn Rowe, and Steve Rannazzisi of the hit FX show The League.
As if drinking delicious (and free) American beers with Boston’s best fans the Budweiser girls wasn’t enough fun, we got to watch B.o.B. perform an aftershow in front of a packed house. All in all, it was a great night for American soccer and America as a whole. Thanks to all the men and women who came out to celebrate some Monday Night Futbol with Budweiser and us.
