Murderer Sues Over Being Denied Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue

It would appear that owning the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Edition is a damn constitutional right. Or that’s what a convicted double-murderer seems to think. A federal judge has dismissed an $800,000 lawsuit filed by  Johan Gillette–who was claiming to have been mistreated over the past 19 months that he’s spent in jail. Specifically, Johan Gillette says he was not given good food, a soft bed, and the annual swimsuit edition of Sports Illustrated.
Gillette now lives at the Snake River Correctional Institution in Ontario, where we’re hoping that that he’ll continue to not be getting his Sports Illustrated. We don’t wish that on many guys, but, you know, murder.
