The New oPhone Lets You Text A Smell-And More Morning Links

An engineering professor from Harvard named David Edwards has invented a device called an oPhone that enables you to send and receive photos and scents. According to our friends over at The Huffington Post, the oPhone lets you mix-and-match 32 basic scents to create more than 300,000 unique aromas. An Indiegogo campaign will launch tomorrow, looking to raise $150,000 for the oPhone, and you’ll be able to preorder a pair of oPhones for $149 until the official launch, which will be in early 2015. After the launch the price will be bumped up to $199.
