The 2014 NFL Schedule Gets Released Tonight

New NFL Schedule

Certain days on the sports calendar that mean more than the others. Today’s one of those special days, as we count down to 8 pm EST for the new NFL football schedule–so that fans and teams all over the league can begin to plan out their Fall season.

There are already four things known about the schedule: The Super Bowl champion Seattle Seahawks are expected to host the first game of the season on Thursday, Sept. 4 and the NFL’s three London games are set. The Miami Dolphins will face the Oakland Raiders on Sept. 28 while the Detroit Lions will play the Atlanta Falcons on Oct. 26 and the Dallas Cowboys will face the Jacksonville Jaguars on Nov. 9.

And the Detroit-Atlanta game will be played at 9:30 a.m. Eastern time making it the earliest start time in league history. It’s an exciting time for everyone around the league, and fans will be glued to their televisions tonight.
