News surrounding one of our Most Anticipated Movies of 2014—A Million Ways To Die In The West–has been pretty tight. But a new series of seven movie posters has shed a little more light on the upcoming Seth McFarland comedy, specifically on the types of characters each of the roles will be.
Of course, they wouldn’t be a part of a Seth McFarland production if the captions weren’t funny, so we’d like to draw attention to two of our favorites: Sarah Silverman “Westward Ho” and Neil Patrick Harris + moustache “Lady Tickler.”
For those of you who don’t know, here’s a quick rundown of what do know about the plot:
“After a cowardly sheep farmer backs out of a gunfight, his fickle girlfriend leaves him for another man. When a mysterious and beautiful woman rides into town, she helps him find his courage and they begin to fall in love. But when her husband, a notorious outlaw, arrives seeking revenge, the farmer must put his newfound courage to the test.”
So now that we know the plot, we can start putting some names to the faces. Obviously Seth McFarland was always the “cowardly sheep farmer.” It’s now safe to guess that Charlize Theron is the “mysterious and beautiful woman” while Amanda Seyfried is “his fickle girlfriend.” Liam Neeson is the “notorious outlaw.” Where does that leave NPH? Our guess is that he’s the guy who stole Amanda Seyfried from Seth. And Sarah Silverman? We don’t know, but we can’t wait to find out.
The film is scheduled to release May 30, 2014.
