The University of Virginia is not usually known for their athletics. Sure, they had a pretty decent basketball team last year, and yeah, Ralph Sampson (dude is 7’4, it’s wild) played there in the 80’s. They even field a decent football team. But when push comes to shove, no one really gives a sh*t about Virginia Cavalier athletics. Actually, come to think of it, no one has really cared about Virginia in about 150 years.
Well, boys (and girls, if this is what you’re into), I am about to give you a reason to start giving a sh*t, and that reason is their perfect 10 cheerleading team.
The University of Virginia has two cheerleading squads: Coed and All Girl. The Coed squad has up to eight couples and the All Girl squad has up to twenty members. Both squads cheer at the football games; however, they split up to cheer at men’s and women’s basketball games.
