MY COLLEGE KICKS ASS BECAUSE…

I love my college because everyone is so welcoming and there is always so much going on. I feel like it is so easy to meet new people, but you still see familiar faces everywhere you go. The campus is gorgeous during every season, and I’m so lucky I get to call it my home!

THE MOST MEMORABLE THING I’VE DONE SINCE FRESHMAN YEAR IS…

The most memorable thing that I have done is attend Kent Halloween every year. Each year gets more and more crazy as the crowd increases. It’s definitely one of the moments you just need to experience and see for yourself.

I MAJOR IN…

I am majoring in nursing. I plan on getting my Bachelor’s degree in 2017, work on a pediatric floor for two or three years, then come back for grad school to get my Master’s degree in order to become a nurse practitioner.

AT SCHOOL, I’M INVOLVED IN…

Fitness is a huge part of my life. I am currently a nationally qualified NPC Bikini competitor and belong to a team based out of Columbus, Ohio called SeeYouLaterLeaner. This takes up a majority of my time!

IF YOU COULD TRAVEL ANYWHERE IN THE WORLD, WHERE WOULD YOU GO?

If I could travel anywhere, I would go to Italy. My family is originally from Naples and it would be amazing to see where they grew up and experience a different culture and lifestyle than what I am used to.

WHY DO YOU WANT TO BE MISS COED 2016?

I would love to be Miss COED 2016 because it would be amazing to represent Kent State University in such a way that many students around the world will see. I want to show others that you can still study hard and achieve a big goal while still having some fun every now and then!

IF YOU COULD GIVE OUR READERS ONE PIECE OF ADVICE, WHAT WOULD IT BE?

My advice would be that you should not worry about what people think or say about you. Internal happiness is very important and you shouldn’t let somebody judge you on something that makes you truly happy, so just do you and have fun!
