Miss COED 2016 Official Photograph Rules, COED.com’s Miss COED 2016 Competition

No photographs taken prior to January 1st, 2014, or photographs containing more than one person, will be eligible. Any Submitted Photographs exhibiting Entrant’s nipples or genitals will be rejected. The determination of whether any image exhibits Entrant’s nipples or genitals are in the sole discretion of CMG. You must provide all information requested including at least five (5) recent and different photographs of yourself in JPEG format, (the “Submitted Photographs”) using the upload tool and instructions provided.  Only the Entrant (defined below) should appear in the Submitted Photographs.

All photos must be at least 500 KB in file size and must not infringe or violate any right of any third party or entity, including but not limited to copyright, right of publicity, and right of privacy.  Please check with the photographer to make sure that you have the necessary rights to submit the photographs.  Please be sure to retain the original photographs, as Semi-Finalists may be required to submit the Submitted Photographs in greater resolution.

CMG reserves the right to contact a person who has entered the Competition (an “Entrant”) to request resubmission of one or more of the Submitted Photographs and/or to request that the Entrant submit additional photos, videos, or other info such as personal information or questionnaire responses, with anything Entrant submits directly or indirectly (for example, by directing or permitting CMG to use materials from Entrant’s social media sites), collectively referred to as “Submitted Assets”. CMG also reserves the right to choose photos from the contestant’s Instagram, should the submitted photos not meet CMG’s standards. While Entrants may have assistance in entering data and uploading the photos, each Entrant must otherwise complete the entry forms herself.  Any entries submitted by anyone other than the person appearing in the Submitted Photographs will be rejected.  As set forth in greater detail below, submission of photographs and entry in the Competition constitutes consent to use the Submitted Photographs on COED.com, promotional media of any type (including with CMG’s licensees), the Web Site (foreign and domestic affiliated web sites, including the WAP version thereof), and/or associated or otherwise affiliated Web/WAP sites, social media sites and tablet apps; as well as Entrant’s representation that she owns or controls all necessary rights in the Submitted Photographs to grant CMG the rights described herein.
