Jessica Thomas has been winning Hooters bikini contests since she was 1 (yes, you read that correctly). Since then, she’s turned 18 (thank God) and has been featured in Stare, Nifty, and on Playboy’s blog, The Smoking Jacket. She was also Miss March for Trashy Girl clothing and runner-up for Miss Salt Life 2010. You might’ve also seen her in commercials for Dick’s Sporting Goods and Pantene Pro-V.
