The high-flying California Golden Bears went 8-5 last season behind future No. 1 draft pick Jared Goff. With Goff now playing down the coast in Los Angeles for the Rams, Cal is looking to find a new signal caller who can run their offense with the same efficiency that Goff did. While the team will not make a decision until their early opener against Hawaii, Sonny Dykes has to hope that whoever he picks will lead the Bears to a Pac-12 championship. It may be difficult in a tough Pac-12 North but if the team can finish over .500 for the season, most people will be happy with the results. Would Dykes keep his job with that result though? Only time will tell.
