What do we think of it? Well, as Dancing Astronaut pointed out, you shouldn’t expect a Welcome Reality 2.0. This is not that album. But truthfully, Welcome Reality was one of the best albums of 2011, so there’s that.
Make no mistake about it though, Between Two Worlds is good. And the fact that Daniel Stephens and Joe Ray added Alana Watson as a full-time vocalist is just the icing on the cake. We suggest listening to the album from start to finish. There’s a real sense of organization and feel to the record which is refreshing in today’s world of EDM singles.
