A reporter in Jacksonville, Florida was working a story about a serious house fire–and was suddenly interrupted live on the air by a not-so-serious videobomber.
Reporter David Williams of WTLV was covering a fire that closed down an entire residential road and just as he was about to conclude his report, someone wearing a unicorn mask and a ballerina outfit ran into the camera frame. She started dancing and chirping, presumably because that’s the noise that unicorns made before they went extinct. Williams managed to keep his composure until they cut back to the studio but we’re sure as soon as the cameras cut off, that poor unicorn got the verbal beating of her life.
Of course, Williams should be used to this kind of stuff by now. He lives in Florida! Dumb news stories are one of the state’s chief exports…

We have to give credit where credit is due. Whoever committed this epic news bomb clearly put some thought into what they would do once the cameras started rolling. We’re pretty sure she had to log out of Reddit first, and still get out of her house before Williams signed off from his remote broadcast. Hell, it must have taken some serious skill just to get into that tutu in record time before the camera stopped rolling. We’re not saying we know what it’s like to squeeze yourself into a tutu from first hand experience or anything. It just looks really snug. Yeah, yeah, that’s the ticket.
