Pablo Lyle, a popular Mexican actor known for starring in telenovelas, found himself behind bars following a road rage incident in Miami. According to a report from Local 10 News, the 32-year-old was arrested by Miami-Dade County Police and slapped with a felony battery charge. He has previously starred on “Mi Adorable Maldición,” “La Sombra Del Pasado” and “Corazón Que Miente.”
Lyle is accused of punching 63-year-old Juan Ricardo Hernandez following the incident on Sunday, March 31. Hernandez was knocked unconscious and transported to Jackson Memorial Hospital where he was treated for a broken skull and internal bleeding. Hernandez was in intensive care since the punch and it was reported on Thursday, April 4, that he passed away due to his injuries.
Lyle, meanwhile, has already traveled back to Mexico after Miami-Dade County Circuit Judge Lisa Walsh agreed to allow him to travel out of the country. Lyle is free on $5,000 bond.
So, how did the road rage incident even begin?

The arrest report said Lyle was on his way to the airport, as a passenger of a car, when the driver cut off another driver to make a U-turn at the intersection of Northwest 27th Avenue and Northwest 14th Street. At that moment, Hernandez got out his car and approached Lyle’s vehicle and started banging on the window, according to the arrest report. Witnesses told police, the driver told Hernandez not to bang his window and then Lyle exited the vehicle and struck the man in the head, knocking him unconscious.
The actor then got in the car and then fled the scene of the incident, according to the arrest report.
There is currently no word on whether Lyle’s charges will be updated now that the victim has passed away as a result of his injuries. Our deepest condolences are with Hernandez’s family and friends during this difficult time.
