Jo Andres, a director and choreographer who was married to famed character actor Steve Buscemi, has passed away at the age of 64-years-old. Andres and Buscemi got married in the year 1987 and had been married for 31 years.
According to reports, Staci Wolfe, Buscemi’s representative, confirmed to The Associated Press on Sunday, January 13, that Andres had passed away. However, Wolfe did not respond to questions about the date or cause of Andres’ death.
At this time, neither Andres date of death or cause of death have been confirmed.
While not as famous as her husband, Andres was an acclaimed artist in her own right, as her 1996 short film Black Kites won several film festival awards.
Andres and Buscemi were married for more than thirty years and share one child together, Lucian, who was born in 1990.
