Manny Pacquiao vs. Adrien Broner takes place on Saturday, January 19. The event — which takes place at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada — has been dubbed “Return to Vegas.” It is Pacquiao’s first fight in Vegas since November 5, 2016, which was a unanimous decision victory over Jessie Vargas for the WBO welterweight title.
Pacquiao will be defending his WBA (regular) welterweight title which he won on July 15, 2018, with a TKO win over Lucas Matthysse when he enters the ring against Broner.
Broner, meanwhile, is looking for his first win since February 2017 when he earned a split decision over Adrian Granados. In his last two outings, Broner suffered a unanimous decision loss to Mikey Garcia and a majority draw against Jessie Vargas.
