In case you might have missed it (if so, lucky you, because it’s only just mind-numbing drivel), Kanye West has decided to close out 2018 with arguably his most ludicrous Twitter rant yet.
A quick recap for those who are just catching up: a couple months ago, a feud broke out between Drake and Kanye after a wildly viral Twitter thread posited that Drake was admitting to sleeping with Kim Kardashian through his lyrics. To be honest, the thread is generally mindblowing.
BUT, that’s all it was … just a wild Twitter theory thread. And that’s what it would have remained had Kanye himself not responded to the claims. But because Kanye is Kanye, responding is exactly what he did, posting a bunch of response videos on his social media.
After that point, the feud seemed to die down, as Kanye busied himself with other projects and delusions. Then, seemingly out of nowhere, Kanye launched a completely unhinged Twitter rant on Thursday, December 13. He likely posted over 100 tweets, so if you want to see them all, just head over to his Twitter.
Anyway, here’s where Travis Scott and Drake’s song “Sicko Mode” comes into plays, as a good percentage of the tweets are about the song and the lyrics in it:

So what are these “sneak disses” that Kanye is referring to? We think we figured it out.
“Sicko Mode” Lyric That Kanye Is Made About Option #1:

Made a right (Yeah, right)
Cut the lights (Yeah, what?), paid the price (Yeah)
Analysis: People seem to think that this is a reference about Drake living near Kim and “creeping” to her house to sleep with her.
“Sicko Mode” Lyric That Kanye Is Made About Option #2:
Lost my respect, you not a threat
When I shoot my shot, that shit wetty like I’m Sheck (Bitch!)
See the shots that I took (Ayy), wet like I’m Book (Ayy)
Wet like I’m Lizzie
I be spinnin’ Valley, circle blocks ’til I’m dizzy (Yeah, what?)

Analysis: This one also seems pretty obvious, as Drake appears to be saying that he’s lost respect for Kanye, shot his shot with Kim, and sunk it because Kanye hasn’t been around.
