The NFL is going three-for-three with a triple-header for Thanksgiving Day 2017, with two game days and one night game this year, according to CBS Sports. With three games, you could either choose one and schedule your dinner accordingly, or just use it as an excuse to eat turkey in front of the tube this year. Just remember to keep your remote on hand because they won’t be airing on the same three networks, changing from Fox, CBS and NBC, in that order!
If you are worried about commercial disruptions this year, then there is good news for you. The NFL is even toying with a new advertisement concept this year: six-second commercials that will air with the game still going on in the corner. This should mean fewer ad breaks, according to The New York Times, so that is all the more reason to watch! Regardless, the novelty is all the more reason to watch!
