The Los Angeles Lakers once again serve as the main course on the NBA schedule when they take on the Houston Rockets at the ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex in Orlando, Florida in the nightcap of a triple-header.
Los Angeles has already clinched the No. 1 seed in the Western Conference, while the Rockets are looking for some consistency. Nothing would help the team gain some momentum and confidence heading into the postseason more than taking down the top team in the conference.
“We’re doing better,” Rockets coach Mike D’Antoni said, via ESPN.com. “Sometimes we lack the aggressiveness and the energy on defense that we need to have. It’s a little bit of a choice. We’ve got to choose to be more aggressive and get out.
“We can improve that. We can improve some of our communication. We’re doing a good job of not making the same mistake over and over, but we’ve got to do a better job of being more aggressive on what we’re doing.”
