41-Year-Old Woman Sentenced For Having Sex With Daughter’s Teenage Boyfriends

Coral Lytle, a 41-year-old woman from California, was arrested for having sex with two teenage boys in the fall of 2017. The boys, who were 14 and 15 at the time, were her daughters’ boyfriends. Lytle was charged with 21 felony sex counts from the Tulare County District Attorney’s Office relating to the encounters including unlawful sexual intercourse, oral copulation and contacting a minor for sex, according to ABC 7.

“Your name will always be equated with being a sex offender and rapist because that is what now defines you,” one of the victims’ mother said in a comment directed to Lytle.

Lytle reportedly provided alcohol and cigars to the teenage boys before eventually escalating to sexual relationships until one of the boys went to the police.

“[The victim] stated this was the last time he had sex with [Lytle] because he felt bad shaking [Lytle’s] husband’s hand knowing what he was doing with [Lytle],” prosecutors said, via the Fresno Bee.

The two boys were freshmen at Redwood High School at the time of their sexual relationships with Lytle, who was married at the time. Her husband filed for divorce within the days following her arrest for the crimes.

“The crimes in this case committed by the defendant involved great cruelty and callousness especially considering the defendant took advantage of a position of trust to molest two boys who she met when they (were in) teenage dating relationships with the defendant’s daughters,” a Tulare County Deputy District Attorney wrote.

“(Victim) stated this was the last time he had sex with the defendant because he felt bad shaking the defendant’s husband’s hand knowing what he was doing with the defendant.”

A trial is set to begin on Monday, November 11.

Along with the sentence she receives during the trial, Lytle will have to register as a sex offender for the rest of her life.
