Immediately after the loss, plenty of people were speaking out about where they believe the Cowboys are going wrong and one person who received a majority of the blame was head coach Jason Garrett.
Hall of Fame wide receiver Terrell Owens immediately blasted Garrett and called him out for a lack of results while also taking a shot at tight end Jason Witten.
“Hey @realjerryjones!! Still think Jason Garrett is the answer?!” T.O. tweeted after the Cowboys’ most recent loss. apple-system, BlinkMacSystemFont, ‘Segoe UI’, Roboto, Oxygen-Sans, Ubuntu, Cantarell, ‘Helvetica Neue’, sans-serif;”>”For a decade, A DECADE NOW, it’s the same old song and dance! I knew they were going to @JasonWitten on the 3rd down prior to TD and knew they were going to him on the 2-pt conversion.”
And if the Cowboys are looking for some help on offense, Owens would be willing to do his part.
Hey @realjerryjones!! Still think Jason Garrett is the answer?! For a decade, A DECADE NOW, it's the same old song and dance! I knew they were going to @JasonWitten on the 3rd down prior to TD and knew they were going to him on the 2-pt conversion. Not too late 2 bring me back 😜

After his initial comments, Owens began retweeting other messages from unhappy fans and critics of Garrett and the Cowboys.
I'm laughing right with ya @stephenasmith!!!! They really brought @JasonWitten like he was the answer, a ”difference maker!” Really?! 🤷🏾♂️ I'm just saying! They got too much talent on that team to be ”undercoached” https://t.co/XS0hqmWI6b

Never change, T.O.
During his career as a head coach, Garrett has put together an overall record of 80-59, but his postseason record has been a disappointing 2-3.
Up next for the Cowboys is a meeting with the division rival Philadelphia Eagles on Sunday, October 20 in a battle for first place in the NFC East. The game will air live in primetime as the national Sunday Night Football broadcast. If things don’t change soon, Owens and others may get their wish of seeing the Cowboys finally change things up on the coaching staff in an effort to get to the next level.
