WATCH: Chance the Rapper Dishes on Chats With Obama & Trips With Kanye

Chance the Rapper was the latest celebrity to appear on The Late Late Show segment “Carpool Karaoke.” The always entertaining segment features celebrities getting in a car with host James Corden, going through a unique interview, and jamming out to some of their favorite tunes.

Once again, the segment did not disappoint and we got to see another side of Chance the Rapper.

During the interview, Chance discussed how he communicates with former president Barack Obama on the phone, Jay Z, and what it’s like being close friends with the one and only Kanye West.

We also learned that Chance the Rapper isn’t very fond of vegetables while he throws down vocals to tracks like “All Day Long,” “Problem,” the Ed Sheeran collaboration “Cross Me,” “Hot Shower” and “All Night.” Here is the full segment.

As for his calls with Obama and Jay Z, we learned that the two men handle outside calls very similarly.

“I don’t have a number for him but I have a number for him,” Chance explained. “I have a person I could call that will say ‘OK, I will have him call you.’ It’s the same with JAY-Z. JAY-Z and Barack Obama are very, very similar. Both of them have an assistant that you have to call and then you get a call from a private number that’s either JAY-Z or Barack Obama on the phone. I never know which one is calling when I get that callback.”

He later discussed what it’s like being friends with Kanye, who will randomly call hill up for impromptu trips overseas.

“I’ve been in that same place,” Chance said, as transcribed by Rolling Stone. “Kanye’s definitely the kind of dude that will be like, you’ll meet up with him to do one thing, then he’ll be like, ‘Oh, I gotta go to Milan right now, let’s get on this jet!’ And you gotta make a decision right there, like, ‘Am I about to follow Kanye to Milan, or am I gonna go on this date that I have?'”

If you are looking forward to more Chance, you can prepare for the start of his The Big Day North American tour which kicks off on January 15 at the Pechanga Arena in San Diego, California while also checking him out on the Netflix hip-hop competition Rhythm + Flow as a judge alongside Cardi B and T.I. The series premieres on Wednesday, October 9.
