The New York Yankees make the trip to Target Field on Monday, October 7 to take on the Minnesota Twins in Game 3 of their American League Division Series. The Yankees enter Monday night’s game as the slight betting favorite and hold a 2-0 series lead.
New York can put the Twins away with a third consecutive win while the Twins are looking to end their MLB record losing streak of 15 postseason games.
“Throttle down,” Yankees manager Aaron Boone, via ESPN.com. “Make sure we go out and match their energy. Obviously, first home playoff game for them. I’m sure the crowd will be energized, and we need to go match it. And I know we will.”
