The highly-anticipated Taylor Swift album Lover is finally here. At midnight on Friday, August 23, the pop star dropped her new project after releasing the official music for the title track and other singles “You Need to Calm Down”, “The Archer”, and “ME!” in the weeks leading up to its release.
“This album is very much a celebration of love, in all its complexity, coziness, and chaos,” Swift wrote on Instagram when the album officially hit streaming services. “It’s the first album of mine that I’ve ever owned, and I couldn’t be more proud. I’m so excited that Lover is out NOW.”
Lover is now available on streaming services like Spotify and Apple Music.
